Sea 'Scape, a cavernous, privately owned, second row home located on the East end of the Island, Interior amenities included washer, dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, central heat & air, color cable Intelligent TV in living room, TV in Twin Bedroom DVD player, WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include outside shower, covered porch, screen porch, roof deck & sun deck. This is stringently a ***NON-SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING

Sunset Beach is home to this vacation home. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve, while Sunset River Marketplace and Museum of Coastal Carolina are cultural highlights. Ingram Planetarium and Tribal Island are also worth visiting.

In the Wrightsville Beach area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are booked very early. Booking your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties.
Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.
Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.
