Loggerhead Heaven - Is a very peaceful privately owned single family home on the canal. Inside you will have plenty of room to stretch out and relax in the open floor plan living room/kitchen area and relax on the screened porch while appreciating canal vistas. There is a study which could conveniently turn into a play room for modest kids. Loggerhead Paradise has a stone walkway to the private floating dock where you can launch a kayak, canoe or paddle board into the canal, or sit back and relax as you cast a fishing line. Downstairs is a living area with an on suit bathroom/shower which leads to the outdoor areas, where there is plenty of room to savor the bird life, fishing or just relax reading a book.
Interior amenities are a washer, dryer, microwave, coffee maker, central heating and air, ceiling fans, WIFI, 3 colored TV's,
Exterior amenities are screened porch, outside shower, covered porch, floating dock, plenty of space on a corner lot to fish.
