"Belle Vue West" A impressive privately owned ocean front Duplex located on the East end of Sunset Beach with spectacular vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. This home is located next to the 5th Street beach access, with a short walk to the handsome sandy shores. This duplex has interior connecting doors that allow families to move from one side to the other without exiting if both sides are rented by the same family. Sunset Vacations is the Property Management Company. Linens are supplied for weekly units only. This home is a Non Smoking & No Animals home and is not equipped for Electric Car Charging.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, take video of the property to record its condition.
