"North Point South", a privately owned cozy 15th row home located on the East end of the Island. Beach access walkway is at 6th Street. A brisk walk will get you to the gorgeous white sandy shores of the Atlantic Ocean. This home is a Non Smoking & No Animals allowed. Nightly units are allowed upon availability and require a departure maid service. Home is not equipped for Electric Car Charging. Sunset Vacations is the property management company for this home. Sticking to your spending budget:

  • June, July, and August are high season in Sunset Beach. Reserve your rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
