Diners can start with a light bite like the shrimp and crab fritter slider, the seaweed salad, or the falafel balls with sesame sauce, and then move on to something heartier, like a fresh lentil burger, a tempeh gyro, or a TLT with grilled tempeh, avocado and chipotle sauce.
