Make the most of your time in Carolina Beach and go fishing with Righteous Times Inshore Guide Service. Captain Chris will be your guide, giving you access to years of sportfishing experience.
Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Bonito, Black Drum, Flounder, Great Barracuda, Cobia, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Redfish, Blacktip Shark, Black Seabass, Sheepshead, Spadefish, Speckled Trout, and whatever else takes the bait.
On these trips, it’s common to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.
Young ones are welcome, so feel free to make a family day out of it! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board. And, you can’t go wrong with snacks to ward off any mid-trip fatigue!
Capt. Chris will bring you aboard a 23’ Carolina Skiff Center console that can carry up to 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without.
Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, along with lures. Live bait is sometimes included and sometimes we will be catching it together !
There will be a First Mate. John will be on board to help your trip run smoothly. A 10–20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.
There’s no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for some fishing! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
You can’t go wrong when you bring a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen (non-spray). Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
